Before a session begins, I create a sanctuary to help you relax and receive the guidance and healing you require.
As I offer several different modalities we may blend these during a session. I tune into your soul, your spirit, your guides, your angels and animal totems as we work together to connect you with the truth of your soul.
We address your needs and any issues you would like to explore during the session. I am asked to be shown only what is for your highest good. I will connect you to to your feelings, thoughts, fears, beliefs and the truth of your soul. Receive insight, clarity and guidance from your Higher Self, spiritual guides, angels and animal totems, to help you move more confidently on your life-path. Empowerment Coaching offers a unique and different approach to life coaching, in that it treats the person as a whole, offering transformative healing of the mind, body and soul.
Working with the elements, Air (mental), Water (emotions), Fire (spiritual) and Earth (physical), we will explore the different areas of your life, looking at your strengths, aspirations, fears and challenges. We'll cut to the core of certain behavioural issues within yourself and your relationships, and discover how they affect your daily living. We'll work together to help you see how your belief systems could be sabotaging you and how to overcome any obtacles and resistance. Once you are able to see and release those patterns and blocks, you will be open to creating a concious life, able to build self-confidence and with the use of empowering new tools, your soul will move into a place of awareness, increased intuition, motivation, clarity, confidence, focus, healthy, joyful and radiant living. You will live your life with purpose and passion! I offer support and guidance via in person sessions, phone and email. These sessions will be created to suit your lifestyle and budget.
Crystal Healing Meditation 1-Hr $95
At the beginning of this session we will discuss your needs and choose a crystal that has been charged with the healing energy of Reiki. You will be guided how to program the crystal for a specific intention then use the energized crystal for a healing meditation. We will also create a meaningful and empowering affirmation that will accompany the meditation. The crystal is yours to keep so you may continue to benefit from its healing vibration.
Past Life Regression 1-Hr $110

Explore your past and heal your present life! Have you ever felt or wondered that you have lived other lives? Do total strangers somehow seem familiar? Do you have any fears, patterns or issues that can’t be explained in your current life experience? During a session, you will expand your awareness and understanding of how your past lives can affect your present day living. Sometimes called soul journeys, the regression experience uses techniques of guided imagery, progressive relaxation and hypnosis to focus on life patterns and more clearly understand the soul's journey. You will be guided to remove limitations and blockages that are in your current life and restore a sense of well-being.
We'll spend some time exploring your concepts of the past and I will answer questions you may have about the regression process. You’ll be gently guided through a time of relaxation and exploration of memories past, followed by an opportunity to talk about your experiences.

All readings are conducted in the sanctuary of my healing space or via phone. I space clear and meditate prior to your reading, allowing me to pull your cards that best fit your situation and questions. With the use of oracle cards and my intuitive guidance, gain deeper insight and clarity when facing decisions or challenges. A good reading will bring you confirmation of what your soul already knows. A reading will put you on the path to self-discovery and bring hope,enabling you to take positive action during times of change. Let me help you connect to your Higher Self, your own intuition, bring forth guidance and a higher perspective. Feel more confident about your choices and decisions. Questions may be regarding, love, health, relationships and career.
Alchemy Reiki (Usui and Karuna) 1-Hr $110
Reiki energy is channeled to help strengthen and restore balance to the body and promoting its ability to heal itself. Reiki brings about deep relaxation, removes energy blockages, detoxifies the system, increases vitality and raises the vibrational frequency of the body. You will be treated to essential oils, such as lavendar, chamomile, and mandarin to calm, soothe and nurture. Guided imagery may also be used. These sessions can be customized to suit your own personal needs.
