What is Tarot?

Tarot is a deck of 78 cards, each with its own imagery, symbolism and story. There are 22 Major Arcana cards which represent life's karmic and spiritual lessons and 56 Minor Arcana cards reflect the trials and tribulations that we experience on a daily basis. There are 16 Court cards within the Minor Arcana, and these represent different personality characteristics we may choose to express during the course of our daily living. The Minor Arcana also includes 40 numbered cards representing, four suits, with 10 cards in each suit, representing a variety of situations that we me encounter on our earthbound journey.
